Important Information:
- Please note application fees are NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU ARE DENIED OR YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
- We do not maintain waiting lists.
- If the property is rented before you are approved, or before you pay the security deposit, we will be happy to move your application to another property. We will NOT refund the application fee.
- You will be able to view the property in person AFTER you have applied and are considered qualified for the property.
What you will need to apply ONLINE:
1. Basic Personal Info
2. Contact information (current phone number, address, email) (Each applicant willl need a seperate email address. You may not use the same email for more than one applicant)
3. Current employer & contact information
4. Current/previous landlord contact information (Family members cannot be used)
5. Emergency Contact Info
6. All names and contact information of those who will live in the unit (You must list ALL names including children
7. 30-days of your most recent pay stubs. Letters from employers will not be used. (Please email pay information to ally.rentparrish@gmail.com
8. Make, model, color, and license tag information of all vehicles
9. Criminal history information, if any$50 Application Fee.
10. If the application is online, you may make your payment online. If you are filling out a paper application, we only accept certified checks or money orders - NO CASH

If you would like to fill out a paper application, feel free to stop by the office to pick one up; or, use the button below to print one. If you choose to use a paper application, please note you will still need all of the required information. However, you will need to bring in a money order or certified check for the $50.00 per applicant, application fee. NO CASH OR CARDS.
